Sanxing Machinery Company is composed of Yuhuan Sanxing Machinery Manufacturing and Jiaxing Sanxing Machinery Manufacturing.

Yuhuan Company occupies a site area of 20,000 square meters with a building area of 35,000 square meters and fixed assets valued at 80 million yuan. The company currently employs over 400 staff members, including more than 50 mid-level and senior management personnel and technical specialists.

Jiaxing Company occupies a site area of 37,000 square meters with a building area of 50,000 square meters and fixed assets valued at 140 million yuan. The company currently employs over 150 staff members, including more than 20 mid-to-senior level managers and technical personnel. The factory has obtained SA8000 social responsibility certification and passed the CDP environmental disclosure assessment, generating an annual photovoltaic electricity output of 3,000,000 kilowatt-hours.
